Is there an application and administration fee? If so, what are they?

Yes, the application fee is $50.00 and Administration fee is $350.00

What lease terms do you offer (6, 9, 12 months)?

We offer lease terms starting at 3 months to 12 months.

How much is the security deposit?

From $500.00 to one month’s rent.

Is there a deposit alternative option?

Yes.

Is renter’s insurance required?

Yes.

When is my rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of every month.

How do I pay my rent?

Payments can be made on the Resident portal or at one of the approved retailers. Contact the office for more information.

Are any utilities included?

No.

Are there additional fees I should expect?

Our residents pay for Valet trash, internet, parking and pest control.

How do residents submit maintenance requests?

Service requests are submitted via our resident portal, LOFT.

Is 24-hour emergency maintenance available? What qualifies as an emergency maintenance request?

Yes, please contact our office for more information.

Is there a technology package at this property? (If yes, what does it include?)

Yes, internet only.

Do the apartments have a washer/dryer? If not, is there a laundry service available on site? (Include cost if so)

Yes.

Is parking available and is it included?

Yes, no it is not included. Parking passes are $35.00 per vehicle and $100.00 per reserved space.

Is the community pet friendly?

Yes.

What is the pet policy including fees, restrictions and how many pets are allowed per apartment?

There is a non-refundable fee of $250.00 per pet and $50.00 per month pet rent. Please contact the office for breed restrictions. We allow 2 pets per home.

Do you offer furnished apartments?

No.

Is there reserved parking or personal garages available (include additional fees)?

Yes, $100.00 per month for reserved spaces.

What amenities does this property have?

Please refer to the Amenity page for all of our amazing amenities.

Is there an amenity fee? If so, what does this amenity fee include? (include fee amount if applicable)

Yes, it is $15.00 and includes all of the items located on the Amenity page.

Is there a guest suite here and what is the reservation process? (If so, include fee amount)

No.

How do I schedule a tour at this community?

You’re welcome to schedule a tour through our website or by giving our office a call. Walk‑ins are always welcome as well!
