What lease terms do you offer?

We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 4 to 15 months.

Is the community pet-friendly?

Yes, The Encore is a pet-friendly community. Please note that we do have a breed restriction policy which includes Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Terrier/Staffordshire, and Chow Spitz.

Are utilities included in the rent? If so, which ones? If not, what are residents responsible for?

Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Residents are responsible for water, sewage, and electricity.

Is parking included? Garage, Carport, or Street Parking?

Open parking at The Encore is available for $35 per month. Additionally, residents have the option to purchase a reserved parking spot for $100 per month.

Are the apartments furnished?

No, apartments at The Encore do not come furnished.

How close is the property to local attractions or downtown?

The Encore is conveniently located just 17 minutes away from the historic charm of Old Town Alexandria.

What schools or public transit options are nearby?

(George Mason Elementary School, Patrick Henry, Francis Hammond Middle School, Douglas McArther, Alexandria City High School, St Stephens and St Agnes) Encore is on the bus line for METRO and DASH
