      Zumba is a latin-inspired dance fitness program combining high-energy music with steps that allow participants to dance away their worries. A cardio-focused workout with some components of resistance/sculpting training to tone the entire body, Zumba is designed for any and all levels of experience. Based on the idea that a workout should be fun and easy to do, Zumba is great for the body and mind.
